Implement disinfection log
Record each disinfection cycle: the implements, the EPA-registered disinfectant used, the contact (dwell) time, and who did it, which is the core of what a board inspector asks to see.
EPA disinfectant library
Build your shop's disinfectant library from a searchable, built-in EPA disinfectant catalog of common salon products (the EPA registration number and label contact time fill in for you to confirm against your bottle), or enter your own. Saved products become a quick-pick when logging and auto-fill the contact time, so the details an inspector checks stay accurate and you stop retyping them.
Foot-spa cleaning & deep-clean logs (nail salons)
Log the after-client and end-of-day pedicure-spa cleaning, plus the periodic deep clean (the weekly or bi-weekly extended soak) as its own scheduled record with its own reminder, tuned to your state's cadence, so the foot-spa record is always complete.

Tamper-evident audit trail
Every record carries a SHA-256 hash-chained audit trail, so any edit is tracked and the log can be verified intact. A Verified badge shows the chain has not been altered.

Store your license or permit, certificates, Safety Data Sheets for your disinfectants, and insurance, each with an optional expiry or review reminder.
License renewal tracker
